[SOLD] C1 WH System, LS Static, Good PI, POCO Xfer Available

We've just vacated this system, J140121, and are offering it for sale. Here are some features of this system:


We are offering this system for 100m isk OBO. Additionally, each POCO can be transferred for 50m isk (around half the cost of the materials needed for a new POCO), or you may use the existing POCOs at low transfer tax of 5%.

Still available. And I would like to add that, with the proposed Hyperion changes, the Magnetar bonus will increase to 30% damage instead of 25%.

Also, there are still 35 combat sites available in the system (which could add up to ~400-700 mil ISK if you work them all). Plus 10 ore sites.

well 35 sites can give exacly from 210 up to 400 mill , i've had 51 combat sites in one c1 wormhole and after rolling all sites
total 449mill with blue loot and salvage it inclused killing sleepers at data/relic and gas/ore sites. i have end up with 449mill income but its just one quick isk injection since you clear wormhole, site spawn rate in lower classes are slow
running pi would be just better. anyway if someone is smart it could profit from mining ore sites but that would give total 300 ~ 500mill from approx 5 ore sites. . good for mining ops !!

used to live in c1's before and planning to resume just hard to find specific hole. this one looks promising

Last time when we used to work the combat sites, we were making from 10-20 mil per site. But we haven't worked them in a while (obviously), and market conditions may have been different then.

Spawn rate in C1 is actually very high, since there are many statics to C1 from C2 and higher systems, and people love to farm the connected C1s.

You're right about the PI - for the last year, that's about all we did in there for isk, and just casual/passive PI earned more than enough to pay for POS fuel. And yes, a mining fleet could be very profitable, especially considering the new compression arrays. The current 10 ore sites is high, but even during normal times we always had at least one or two ore sites available (and gas sites too, but we never bothered with those).

Oh, actually the buyer had contacted me by EveMail a few hours before your post...I was just waiting for him to accept the contract before posting here. Sorry mate! But if you're still looking, I might be able to find another C1 for you...
