[Idea] MMJD subsytem for Strategic Cruisers

The medium Micro Jump Drive is very cool, but its restricted to combat BCs and Deep Space Transports. I'd like to see it used more widely, hence I suggest a new T3 propulsion subsystem that allows T3 cruisers to fit these badboys.

It would provide a significant tactical ability and should therefore have a significant penalty. As an initial suggestion, the subsystem could have 1 less low slot in the same way that the nullification subsystem has 1 less low slot.

You know they SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED t3s so that the ships you just mentioned actually have a point for existing? As opposed to it being "t3 or bust" like it was for a while there?

...or they could fix the curent subsystems so there's more than just 2 good ones per category.

This would be both an unnecessary change and a bad one. Tech 3 cruisers are very powerful as it is and this addition wouldn't affect them very much while still discrediting the use of the bc's mmjd. Fact is it would be mostly useless, a lot of the t3 setups rely on their propulsion subsystem, since this would undoubtedly be a propulsion subsystem it would be ignored in favor of something else.

I think strategic cruisers and large drones should be nerfed, then we can all just let whatever cruiser fit the thing.

Oh dear sweet lord please no, T3's were bad enough before but this would just be horribad
