[WTB] Prober w/ tackle

Want to buy a focused probing char with high scanning skills and preferably tackle skill trained to.

Need at least:

AttentionAstrometrics IV
AttentionAstrometric Acquisition IV
AttentionAstrometric Pinpointing IV
AttentionAstrometric Rangfinding IV

Or higher..

Also Cov Ops V + Propulsion Jamming I or higher is preferred. Cyno is a nice bonus to.

AttentionNB! No need of any other skills to fly any other ships then a Cov Ops actually. So not interested in a decent skill point char who can fly many other combat or Indy ships. Looking for a focused probing character only.

I am also open for a char with slightly less high skills in probing to if I can't find a good one though.

Close to what your looking for, the missing Astro... Skills only couple days left.
CovOp4 only, cool name, never been in a player corp, clean history
Good speedy Navigation skills, Has Cyno4 and a bit into 5 already.

Make me an offer if you like it

I'd be interested in that char, but would it be possible for you to train up those few skills to lvl 4 before I buy it? I can wait a few days if it's ok for you. And I'm sure we can agree on a price to. What did you have in mind? Someplace around 1 bill more or less?
