Concord will view it as a hostile action and react accordingly.

Josal, fleet doesn't mean a ****, you will still get CONCORDed.

Maybe fresh up your game mechanic info as it has been out of the game for nearly 4 years that fleet members can shoot each other.

Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Help channel: Help chat - Reloaded

Public roams channels: RvB Ganked / Redemption Road / Spectre Fleet / Bombers bar / The Content Club

That rule never existed in the first place, it's a myth.

To the OP; there's 2 ways to make it work
1 be in the same player corp
2 start a duel

Yes, yes I am. Thanks for noticing.

If you are not in the same corp this will usually get you a CONCORDOOKEN.

that does not for a second mean it is not worth doing if your friend is in danger. Better to lose a 1m frigate than a freighter.

Is it true that you can challenge/accept a duel and then web your "friend" without Concord?

Also since the timer is 5min you have a bit of leeway even if it can take more then 5min for a freighter to actually land on the gate after initiating a jump.

Yes, and if they are not really your friend, you may accidentally activate a warp scrambler and guns instead of a web.

This is a good source of revenue.
