what to start Manufacturing

so im new to eve. i do abit of mining but dont wanna just sell the ore. sowhat should i be Manufacturing that would sell fast and make abit of a profit?

Youd have to run the numbers to see what you can sell far enough over the cost of just selling the minerals in your local trade hub. Nobody will just tell you what to make, and even if they did it would change as soon as they posted it.

If you plan to manufacture something, first train some ore reprocesing skills to get better mineral output and for example start with frigate or ammo blueprint. But after buying blueprint original first do some material efifcency and than you'll figure it out what to do.... :)
