Contacted this Elysium Mons person and they said they were "trying to decide". Had to explain to them once you make an offer that you've already decided. He didn't seem to grasp that concept. Anyway, character is still for sale.

You are, of course, welcome to offer any buyout you wish. It is at the sellers discretion to accept or otherwise. Presently I am only interested in offers of 22b + or a buyout of 23b.
