SatNav "No Destination" Error

Just a small change...

When your navigation options make it impossible to plot a route to your current destination, the error "No Destination" is returned. Please change it to something more accurate (or at the very least make the client stop lying to me!)

Suggestion: "No route could be plotted using current navigation settings"
