afaik goons pointed out their market/FW manipulation to CCP Devs who didnt really do much about it so they decided to go with the manipulation to prove a point... i dont think wheniaminspace did that did he?

Well for one thing, it didn't generate LP/isk out of thin air. It simply took existing isk that was generated through conventional means and transferred it into someone elses hands. Secondly, the individual in question didn't manipulate any prices at all. CCP did. Space just used the new prices/market point which was set or "manipulated" by CCP.

So if anything, ban the price manipulator. They're more at fault here than space is. Ban CCP.

What I don't understand is why a MTU pays out bounty at all. If things in space are eligible for bounty redemption then drones should pay off as well. Do control towers pay bounty?
