Well id mine while I was their. But wouldn't need mining upgrades in the lows.

Bait but would like a bit of dps drone dps because of the the 50% drone damage skiffs now have. so a balance between dron damage and tank.

Stats (with level 5 skills):
- about 64,000 effective hitpoints
- about 180 damage per second
- costs less than 30 million ISK
- chews up close range frigates, destroyers, and some Assault Frigates with relative ease

You face 4 problems with this ship though...
- it can't really do much against kiters. Use the ECM drones to escape if you can.
- against a cruiser 1v1 you might have some problems. Try to avoid them.
- you are slow to align. Stay away from warp-ins unless you are willing to risk the first two points.
- you need to keep a very close eye on your drones... they are your only source of damage so if they die, you die.

Faction drones along with the ship bonus make for some hard to kill drones, damage is in the mid 200's and 50-60k ish tank. Also the shield booster is probably better being something else like an em harder or another invul.

In my humble opinion, the vast difference in cost between the Procurer and Skiff does not justify the moderate increase in ability on a hull that you are deliberately putting in harm's way and only has moderate combat abilities at best.

But by all means try it. They can be fun. Twisted
