No what he's saying is the guy is an awoxer. Which is exactly what this portion of the forums is for. This forum is also a good place to check these "recruitment standards" your speaking of.

The total lack of proof leads me to suspect that this is a reverse safari gone wrong. Instead of learning from their mistake, sucking it up and moving on, the op saw fit to come on here and attempt to tarnish the name of their innocent intended victim. X

He went through all that effort to basically gank a Retreiver? Lame.

I have only been playing for a week and I'm not 100% sure what awoxer is, but I do know that if you get scammed/cheated/killed/humiliated it's your own damn fault.
