what is the highest yield rate in current patch?
scrapmetal processing is able to provide extra 10% yield. However, I don't know the influence of standing in the formula.

Max for scrap is 55%: 50% base and 5% more from the skill at level 5.

Scrap Yield = CEILING(50% base * (1 + Scrap Metal Processing Skill * 10%) * (1 - MAXIMUM(0 , (5 - NPC Standing * 0.75) / 100))))
