There is a problem with missions that has yet to be addressed. Especially L4 Mining missions. There is this annoying warning with no option to turn it off one most of the missions that you don't have enough space for mission. This warning should have always been like every other annoying warning, and have option to permanently turn it off. It might be good the first time (even this is questionable). But there is no mining ship that you will mine in that can hold 44.5K ore.
There should be option to ignore the warning permanently instead of having to turn in off every start of a mission.

Yes, those warnings are silly. It's a twofold issue.

First popups like incursion, downtime and cargo warnings etc .. stealing focus.

Second, the game never checking ore hold or other places besides main cargo hold and station hangar for mission items.

Both should be addressed.
