Idea for improved mining ( would love to see some feedback )

Don't know if this has been discussed before but as an opinion i would like to see the following:

When mining ( roids ) with any kind of miner, strip miner etc... if for example i have 3 strip miners with 1000m3 on each miner per 180 seconds i would like to see what i get per second in my bay.

like growing numbers ( in cargo bay / like a timer per second) if you know what i mean ( decreasing the roid number, and increasing the ore number in the cargo bay ) per second . This is just my vision and i would love it to see it.

Further more, if the roid has 500 units left and i activate all my strip and dont carry a survey scanner ( i know that i should ) ill losse 2500 m3. I was thinking here that when the roid is finished by "mining per second" , the strip miner ( or whatever miner ) should stop automatically and deactivate ( with the sound messege of course )

I don't know if this is doable or if ppl like the ideea ( mostly miners im asking :) ) , i don't know about the implications of lag creation or how hard it is to program such a thing, but i for one would like to see it.

Would like to know if you guys like it!

Thanks in advance!

If its crap idea just ignore the thread!

Best regards,
Ra Chel

I don't know much about it, but it seems that it would make it easier.
I feel that if anything, mining should be more challenging but more profitable if done properly.

Seems to be a reasonable request, eliminate the cycle time completely. Just have a second to second update into the cargohold.

Always nice to have more information on how you're doing...
but the game and tq would probably have more calculating to do and I'm not sure it's worth the resources.
