Mining is a real man's business. It is fierce and ultra competitive. It stands to reason then that most of the vessels used in mining are pretty bare minimum, and upkeeping them is quite a burden in this deep and lofty recession.

As a result many miners have experienced a particular unforeseen consequence during their mining sessions. It would seem that the dust particles from the mined out rocks are getting into the cabins and in fact causing a severe case of drymouth amongst the miners. While it may seem wise to bring some beverages along to counter this, storing them in the cargo bays would only serve to decrease overall efficiency and profits. Unacceptable.

I propose the introduction of a new deployable:

Mobile Drink Dispenser I
- Accessible within 250km, because asking miners to move in range is :effort:
- Cannot be deployed while another Mobile Drink Dispenser is deployed on grid, to prevent misuse from larger fleet members.
- Same armor/shield/HP as the mobile depot, but uses Quafe as reinforcement fuel.

The T2 version would be largely the same, but would automatically deliver the drinks to the miners as needed because :effort:

I believe this deployable would be beneficial for the glorious profession of mining and be immensely helpful in eleviating some of the unforeseen consequences related to it.
