I''ve got 20k units of water stored in a Launchpad. I need to move it to a storage facility. It's an old facility. I've done it many times before. Now, if I right click on it in the launch pad, the option to make a transfer is not there.

I've been doing expedited trasnfer by pressing grapical button on the facilitie's pannel all the time. It still work for me.
