Heya, I want to buy a solid subcap character with preferably little to no industrial skills apart from the basic stuff. Minimal leadership skills if possible since its SP I won't be using any time soon.
Budget is 32B tops. Please place reasonable offers.
Decent names would also be cool.

I think this is what your looking for tons of multi race skills to 5 all bc/d/c/frig/ to 5 but amarr( working on cruiser 5 atm)

good drones, guns, engi, navi ,misses. minimal indy and leadership skills.( indy to 5 and can fly a pvp prospect with all the good clock things you can do with this character)

does have mimatar dread in with a bunch of extra skills for capitals but wasn't focus on yet but it does have t2 siege already so if you ever do decided you don't have to deal with that annoying long skill train.


excellent name for eve and 400mil jacket hes wearing.

i would take 32bil for it if you do want to buy him just give me a shout in game or post on the thread.
