Im getting this message when I try to use market in Jita, I dont get it on my characters in Hek or Rens. Very strange

ist been down / up / down / uo since downtime, im thinking the hamsters in london are finding our weather too hot and having to take regular breaks

This happened to me like two days ago in null sec somewhere in PBLRD space. Strange thing is, market didn´t work in just one solar system. I tried it in adjacent systems - market worked.
