just thought i would share this

Infrastructure hub BPO already ME 10 and TE14

1 run on the BPO on TE research is 91 days and 75 million isk
to improve the TE to 20% its a total of 822 days and a cost of 673 million isk

is this just crazy? am i missing something? or is this just broke?

There was an issue with research costs. I would wait to see if this price gets adjusted. AFAIK its already been patched.

Well, you can get significantly lower than that, but a job like that will always take more than one year. Researching blueprint of such a high rank to above ME -6% TE -14% is probably a waste of time.

They changed the old system from having 500 lvls of which after a point some were completely useless and changed over to this. So you are getting similar bonuses over the course of time but as you get higher they become more costly. It's like how skills work. Maybe training Amarr drone specialization V isn't worth the extra month.

arr right i see, so basically there's still 500 TE but that's now shown as 20% got it. The graphics don't really show that which is a shame really as looking at it just appears to be broke rather then over researching a BPO
