Spreadsheet for all Capitals?

Does anyone have an updated downloadable spreadsheet for capital building??

I had a spreadsheet that had drop downs for all the different capitals you could build and multiplied by my ore price so i could see my build cost and took into account the ME of all my components and ship itself...
Looking for something similar to this so I can see what my actual build cost is now post crius...

I've tried dedaf it needs API and everything, im looking for a simple spreadsheet with a dropdown for changing ship type and everything updates...

Speaking of tools, does anyone know of a online tool or mac-friendly (something is wrong with my wine thing) that can help with figuring out which ores to compress to meet certain mineral needs?

I made http://bp.kiwi.frubar.net/highsec-compression/ i think it does what you want. As ALWAYS (does that guy even sleep), Fuzzysteve also has one at https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/compression/
