Corp jobs from pre-Crius not delivering properly :(

So my corporation manufactures stuff out of our corporate hangars. When Crius deployed, we had some jobs active. Now when we try to deliver those jobs, they show as delivered in the industry window, but the items never appear.

We have checked all the corporate hangars, all the containers, the deliveries hangar, and even our personal hangars, and nothing. The jobs show up as Delivered in history in the industry window, so the game seems to think they've been delivered to somewhere.

I filed a support ticket on it this morning but this feels like a bug. Has anyone else run into this?

You can find out where it is by looking at the screen. Look at your jobs and select history. Then click on the finished job. At the top right it will say where it got the materials from and the bottom right will say where it put them.

Yes this is a bug and is our No# 1 priority today to fix.

Thanks for the quick confirmation! We'll watch patch notes for the hotfix for them before we deliver anything else.

ontop of that, I CANCELLED tons of corp jobs (instead of delivered) due to industry sucking now, and those all disappeared also.

working as intended -- cancelling jpbs has ALWAYS destroyed the inputs (unless you're missing BPOs, in which case ...) .

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

So in addition to this thread I had created a support ticket since we had tried delivering some jobs and the items never appeared.

I got a reply from a GM this morning asking if we were able to deliver jobs successfully after the patch.

I won't know until later today (9 hours until the next jobs from pre-Crius complete and are ready for delivery), but the items that we tried to deliver over the last few days have still not appeared in any location that we can access. The jobs still show up in the history view as "delivered", but no items.

My best guess based on this thread and others is that the system tried to deliver the jobs with a null output location and the items are stuck in limbo somewhere, or just never got created.

Anyway I'll try to deliver something this evening and see if it's working now - and then hopefully the GMs can restore the items that are missing based on the support ticket.

We deployed a fix for this issue today, so hopefully that resolves thing for you.

It solved most of them for me, but the API is still reporting 'ghost' BPO's somewhere in space.

(For example I've got a BPO located in a system, but not in a station or POS, while yet in a Corp Hangar of some kind ...)

But I think it'll sort it self out.
Edit:
Not that I'd mind having some B+ BPOs duplicated ...

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

This morning I attempted to deliver another job from pre-Crius to see whether it was working any better. Unfortunately, it is not. I clicked deliver and while the job appeared to deliver, no items appeared anywhere.

To help clarify here is how the jobs were set up.
BPC was located in one corporate hangar "Blueprints"
Inputs were in a second corporate hangar "Resources"
Output location was set to a third corporate hangar "Production"

Jobs were queued in public manufacturing slots at a station in hi-sec.

I still have several jobs that show ready for delivery that were started before Crius. Here's a screenshot of what one of them looks like in the Industry window.

Note that the job has not been delivered yet, but the UI does not show any output location set. I'm not sure whether this is correct or not but I believe that this is the problem and the reasons why the items aren't being generated when we try to deliver the job.

My corp still has a fair number of manufacturing and research jobs that were started before the Crius expansion was deployed, due to complete in the next few days. It would really be great if we could actually get the items from them somehow instead of just having them vanish into the ether when we try to deliver the job.

So just bumping this up in case other people have this problem. Our pending-delivery jobs (that were started before Crius) still have no output location and thus the items still don't show up when delivered. I guess at this point it's probably better to just take the hit and hope that customer service can reimburse the items for us or something. :(
