So i got ejected from corp and it is a merc corp. After reapplying i was accepted and needed to wait a week due to the current war decs.

Anyway its been over a week and although i accepted the invitation i can't do anything with it. how long do you need to wait before you are back in corp?

That accepted invitation just gets routed to the void. You will have to reapply and re-accept. It's not really intuitive, but I had the same issue and this is what the GM suggested.

Joffy Aulx-Gao for CSM. Fix links and OGB. Ban stabs from plexes. Fulfill karmic justice.

OK so in my application tab i see the one i sent through from last week which was accepted and can't do anything with and a new one now that is pending,

The recruiter will have to process it before you can accept. The previous accepted application will remain on your list (to taunt you if you're OCD like me).
