When reprocessing, why do a I see a modifier listed as "Ore Reprocessing Skills Average" and not the specific skill for the type of ore I am wanting to reprocess?

I have tried reprocessing single types of ore and still have this "average" modifier.

Are CCP seriously wanting us to have Lvl 5 reprocessing across the board for every ore before we get full modifier?

Or is this another case of poorly worded UI?

I've not tried reprocessing yet, but...

Wild arse guess: The number is not used in reprocessing. It is just a replacement for the old useless "yield" number that didn't include material skills.

I think if you hover over the ore itself it will show the modifier for that ore. The one at the top shows the average over the whole reprocess I think maybe?

Also, the reprocessing percentage does not show decimal points. According to the formulas and my skills/standings/implants, I should be getting the full 74.2% but am being shown 70%

Indeed, we need to iterate on the reprocessing UI quite a bit, thanks for bringing this up.
