There are no slumlords in highsec. Only in nullsec. And we rule our slums with a semi hardened some sort of faux leather fist.

There are no slumlords jn nullsec either.

Just because you own space on paper,
doesn'T make you a lord over the people.

And just because one seeks only weaklings as renter,
doesn't make him a lord either.
