Actually, I can test this for you tonight. I myself do work for Dell (part of the Infrastructure Services Delivery organization - not sales or development) and I have a Venue 8 pro here next to me. I am not sure if it is the same config or not, but I will let you know the specs and how well it works.

We demand a video!

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro myself and can confirm that EVE does run on it.

Whether or not you are capable doing things productively is another matter entirely. I sure wouldn't be able to play effectively on the graphics or speeds that it provides. I only use it to update skills and market orders.

That's what I am expecting. After all, it is only a tablet with Intel HD as its graphic processor. It is designed for low power mobility, not gaming.

OK, so i loaded Eve during lunch and tested it.

1920x1080 resolution for tests.

On Eve's Performance optimization i was getting a steady 20FPS in space, but I did get Low RAM notices.

On Eve's Memory Optimization I was getting 30 ± 3 fps depending on actions I was doing. I will load fraps or something and get a video.

This was on a Venue 8 Pro with a Atom Z3775 @ 1.46GHz.
No combat was done in this test, only space flight and station spinning.

Curious...what was the spin quantum number on your atom?
