Well first off i think everyone knows the bottom part of the UI window needs to be bigger!

Secondly, and more to the point of this thread, we need better options to filter the teams.

If there are 4 members to a team, why can we only use 1 filter? Wouldn't it be nice if we could add 4 filters, and have them be specific to build time or material costs??

And also sort them by each specialty. Currently we can only sort by alphabetical, or reverse alphabetical order, so if you are looking for only 1 specific attribute, you cannot compare the teams to each other very well.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.
