Where are your User Interface settings stored?

Short version: Your User Interface, Chat windows, overview settings, etc. Where are those stored on your system? I run Eve through Steam.

Long version: I successfully upgraded my computer with an SSD yesterday, and after the lengthy process of reinstalling my games, all of my in game settings such as my chat channels, overview settings, window sizes, etc, have been reset back to the default. I still have access to my hard drive for storage, and if anyone knows where eve saves your User Interface settings, I could simply copy the folder instead of having to redo it all by hand.
