Patch Direct Downloading

Is there a possibility to add a Direct Download of the patches to the Eve site?

My Eve launcher takes about an hour to download a 50MB patch.
With the new Crius update, after 4hours it only downloaded 160MB.. so I ended up downloading the payloads (which is much bigger 2.8GB + 2.9GB - each wich downloaded 4hours) and had to re-install the game to be able to play the Crius expansion..
I live in a country where we pay per GB we download (and its not cheap) so to download 6GB isn't desirable - and the same goes to wait for 2days for the launcher to download it. So a direct link to the newest patch would download at my normal download speed.

If you say this could be my PC, no it isn't, ive formated my PC, I've even borrowed a freinds laptop and installed eve on that and it does excactly the same. (And a colleague experience the same trouble - we take turns to download the payloads)

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

I second this.

I live in the Philippines, where the internet is powered by hamsters, and the power stations run out of fuel. Crius was actually the first patch in about 4 that manged to download. Normally I have to download the entire of Eve again, using a download manager that supports resuming. I have a cap of 15GB a month or it slows my internet to 20kb/s, so downloading eve again is 1/3 of my monthly limit....ridiculous right.

Anyways, I'm sure we are a tiny minority as most people live in the 21st Century, but if you could download the patches directly, that would be awesome.
