But I think you are missing the numbers with assigned fighters or a carrier in a c4 site. Those were good prepatch, but since they OPed fighters hard it has become ridiculous. Probably can get you numbers if you want.

Now is this a disussion about IS Boxer or a discussion about how one fleet outnumbered another? Either way, there are counters. If you want fair fights with known equations go run missions, i hear they're pretty repetitive.

The point about IS Boxer and people who run 30 accounts I would like to make is this. It is true that they are a good customer (because someone is paying per month per account either themselves or a PLEX).

However, they represent only revenue, not an opportunity for CCP to grow the brand of EVE online via having, firstly, a balanced game without exploits and macro botting and all that shiz; if CCP needs the revenue it is better to get 24 individual customers versus one 24 account IS Boxer because two dozen individuals have far greater power to convince their mates to join, to expound upon the game in blogs and videos, and grow the brand.

They also have a millionth the ability to ruin the game for other players via IS Boxing in PVP (or indeed, stripping whole C5s of anomalies solo, depriving others of income) which is unfair due to synchronicity of Ishtar drone DPS, etcetera, which could result in dropped subscriptions and revenue.

Clearly CCP is not moving on IS Boxer because the majority of people make do with two screens, two clients, and skill, versus pay-to-win. It is, however, bad economics and bad strategy in my opinion. Deal with 23 less subs per month, replace them with nubs, and power of twos, and grow the business sustainably.
