I have never been able to find or achieve this ratio in high security space is this a null sec only thing someone fill me in please

there are calculators online for lp to isk conversion iirc fuzzwork should have one.

I don't know what the actual conversion rates are at the moment but SOE LP generally has the best LP to ISK exchange rate of all the types of LP available in hisec space. Pirate LP, which can only be earned in null, has a higher rate of course. Especially Mordus LP. However running missions in null brings with it an entirely different set of considerations aside from the simple LP to ISK ratio.

I have been into lvl 4's since a few weeks now and even i found LP conversation up to 4k. Do some research. And no SoE is not always the best.

it is out there, but prices of items and tags fluctuate. Also note the volume of the individual item. if I try and cash out 1,000,000 LP in one module, it might crash the price for a while, or it might have no effect. Also it might raise tag prices. I tend to rotate through a few items.

My spreadsheet is pretty simple, and limited. When I updated it a week or two ago I saw 3k isk/lp on an item. when I just updated it today I only have 1 item over 2k isk/lp. And that was on an item where I don't fully trust that I would be able to cash out at that level. If I update it in another week I can only guess my numbers will be at a different level. I've been mostly out of the LP game for a while so I can't really comment on averages, but it used to be 1k was easy to get all day, and 2-3k was pretty normal. Heck someone mentioned an item at 6k+ isk/lp on the forums the other day.

The worst are corps where faction war gets you the same items. Caldari Navy etc are lucky to return better than 600isk/LP.

SOE are "easy mode" for LP conversion. The Astero and the probe launchers all float around the 2000 ISK/LP give or take a few hundred and the market is relatively stable. Sisters Core probe launchers lately sell for between 38 mill and 42 mill depending on whether its a weekend etc. There is sufficient demand and supply for these items that it takes a lot to move the market more than 5 or 10%. You can do "OK" with sisters just running missions and dumping to market buy without bothering to research.

There are certainly places that give you far better than 2000 ISK/LP but which items and where can vary. Also these are often "shallow" markets where an influx of people selling will cause a huge price drop so players selling these items are often wary of letting people know where to look.

I had around a million CPF LP (same as caldari navy/fw corp) which tanked like hell a while back with one of the FW updates (I think this was around the FW LP exploits), I came back a while later and it had stabilized sold it off around 1k. Seems like they made some other change to FW lp lately and now I have ~1.75mil because I wasn't paying any attention to LP values, and I'm lazy. Ah well have my 9.9 caldari state 2 run CNR bpc from COSMOS, no more CPF mission running for at the very least a LONG time! And a few systems over I could have been getting ~2k isk/lp.

It's possible even for normal none soe highsec LP. It just takes a long time to sell. And usually you don't sell in Jita but somewhere else.

caldari lp are not worth much (up to 1.5k/lp for 5 run bpcs). too many people are doing missions for them. second is minmatar and amarr (at about 2k isk/lp). Best isk/lp convertion ratio is in gallente atm with few module bpcs going for well over 3k isk/lp, like http://blitzmann.it.cx/lpStore/corporation/1000116/

Check out 5x RF Gyrostab or Trackign Computer / Enhancer. They should come close to 2k ISK/lp.

You need to buy the tags with a buy order ~1 - 2 weeks in advanced. And sell the goods with your own sell order.

heh if I calculated it like that I would have been likely making around 5k isk/lp.

I usually calculate using jita sell orders, which isn't 100% reliable, but seems to be a decent guideline. Heck now that everything in on the API should put something together that tracks it that way, but way too lazy for that.
