Office 2011 Difficulties

Having difficulty getting this tool to work in Office 2011 - Or maybe I am not understanding how much this tool uses my private data.

Have entered my ApiKey - (Which I guess is now called "Verification Code: ", Key ID and Character Name
Clicked update skills - nothing is placed in the green own columns - which is data I thought would come from my private data.

Checking the ORE sheet - no skills have been place in the RED skills box

Check Server - Update everything - Backup - all give me runtime errors

Thanks in advance for any insights on what i am doing wrong or something basic I missed
