when I open the launcher of the eve singularity the patching fails i dont know why, please help me it says: Client update was unsuccesfull UghCry

I go the page to manually download the patch:

http://client.eveonline.com/patches/patches.asp?s=singularity&test=&system=win

when i click on the patch I get a 404 message:

No webpage was found for the web address: http://cdn1.eveonline.com/814111/evepremiumpatch814124-814111.exe

File Not Found

Was the directory or file renamed or moved?
