Eve Lore or background story ?

Hi , I am pretty new to Eve and i have always loved to read lore about any mmorpg i play. I have been searching in forums and internet for some decent Lore or background story about Eve and its 4 races.

All i could find was mini cinimatic trailer about the different Races.

Wondering if there are any and could any one share some pointers ??

A games lore which is 10 + yrs old is worth a read.

What 4 races?

If the Jove count as a race then there is at most 2

Because the Legacy Code has too much Psssssssssssssssh, nothing will ever get fixed until CCP stop wasting money on failed sparkle MMOs and instead rewrite the entire backend of EvE from scratch.

There are also a number of publications.... novels, comic, and guides etc.

Particually i would look into "Eve Source", its a great bit of work that goes into the lore in a lot of depth

The Fiction Portal on EVElopedia is a really good place to start.

If you're interested in roleplaying, the RP community has a forum at http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com as well. There's a bunch of lore stuff collected there in addition to quite a bit of player-contributed content.

Then those dudes finally got their **** together, then they started enslaving and fighting one another because that's cool, then the slave dudes were all like 'wtf **** that' and un-slaved themselves, then the governments made peace and the citizens starting f'in **** up, then they opened up nullsec and were all like 'go away buttheads' but we were all like 'no way bro, but thanks for the extra space to **** up', and then people ran away through wormholes, then the wormholes collapsed and they got stuck.
