Refining efficiency

This is a new character and only skilling Industry skills.

Next up after Veldspar processing I was going to skill up refining efficiency (yes, i've already learned refining lvl V). I figured this would be useful with the upcomming changes, but someone elsewhere on this forum hinted that wasn't the case.

Can someone set me straight on this please, before I waste SP.

train it. there is no more 100% refining yield.
more skills + more implant + MOAR facility base yield = more minerals.

You should read: CCP Ytterbium - Reprocess all the things!
