If you want to find your own locator agents just use http://eve-locator.justaddhippopotamus.com/index.php?ref=inGame

I believe OP wants to purchase locator searches for isk though, in which case the chat channel 'Locates are US' is very active.

Or you could skip all the weird websites and use the in-game agent finder that will also sort them automatically by distance from your current location and has a toggle to only show the available ones
