1. Can Clathrates be added to the Clathrate Bay while the POS is in reinforced mode?

2. Can Fuel Blocks?

3. Is there anything like a Shield Repairer that can be run from inside the POS?

No.

Survey says yes, but I've personally not verified it. I've always assumed no.

No. You can't target from within the force field.

I typically rep from ~300m away from the force field (27,400 m from tower bracket). That's about 2 seconds in an Basilisk with an afterburner.

A carrier only needs to put its nose outside the force field, to the point where the carrier can target the tower. It is harder to bump a carrier in triage. The Archon is the only carrier that cannot rep a large tower.

Great info. Not what I was hoping for, but better to learn this way than the hard way. :)

Train Capital Shied, Armor, and Hull reps. You will thank me after you have had to rep as many POSes and POS mods as I have...

Lots of good stuff here. The Archon may be the carrier king of the current battlefield meta, but it'll never completely dominate the carrier market because it is horribly inferior to the other three for POS logistics.

Additionally, once your POS shields get below 50%, your Strontium bay is locked down. Make sure it's loaded as soon as you put it up, because if you walk in on someone attacking it, and it's down to 49% shields or less, it will skip reinforced mode completely.
