Looking for a good Gallente PVP toon (or PVE for ratting) with the following:


Must Haves:

Good drone skills (Heavy drones, T2, etc)

Good gunnery skills ie T2 guns (don't care for missiles)

Ability to pilot Gallente battleships

Good skills in Engineering


Would Like:

Proteus capability a plus

good faction standings including level 4 security agents


I can't think of anything else so finally my budget:
