I have not been able to connect for several days. Doesn't seem to be any solution. Here is the error message I am getting:

"You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content."

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Have you tried;

Running Repair?

Uninstalling and reinstalling?

I get an error which says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

I have removed a rule breaking post and those quoting it.

The Rules:
5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.

additional info:

all my launcher says is:
OFFLINE MODE
You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content.

Restart Launcher

still only getting the following error
OFFLINE MODE
You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content.

Restart Launcher

i have to run repair tool to get game updates and then bypass the launcher in order to launch the game; repair tool connects and downloads the updates no problem; client, once launched by bypassing launcher, runs fine and connects to the server with no problem;

So the problem is in the Launcher; Since CCP cant seem to tell me how to work around this issue Ill tell anyone else having this problem

1. Run repair tool
This will update the client with any patches that have been pushed
2. Bypass EVE Launcher
Run exefile.exe located in the bin folder
/CCP/EVE/BIN/EXEFILE.EXE
This will launch the client and bring you to a login screen; if update was complete it will allow you to login.
if update was not successful then it will tell you to download the update (which wont download) You will get an error about not connecting; repeat from step 1

Exact same issue for days now. When i reinstall the game it does work but stops working the next day, only for me to have to reinstall it again. Yes ive tried restarting, ive tried messing with the firewall, i have (of course) reinstalled it three times, i have run the game repair, i have tried using the exe file, i have made sure i am connected to the internet, i have reinstalled my wifi card drivers, I have tested the game on two routers, I checked if TQ itself was online, i've tried everything to no avail.
