LOOKING FOR SERVICE HELP FOR TEAMSPEAK AND FORUM

Hi.

My corp/alliance currently has teamspeak and a forum in use. the thing is that the forum is suppose to be linked to teamspeak and those who are registered is able to talk and move between channels. now the problem is they can join but cant move or talk.

and giving talk power everytime someone logs in is no solution.

currently the IT guy doing my service is on summer vacation and i need someone urgently to help me sort this out.

I will pay you for your service and time.... but i would prefer a guide on how to do it first(need to learn how to do it)
