There is a headline in latest news section when you open the game launcher, do you need someone to read it for you?

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Man, I train for certain goals and then the related skills / modules / ships get nerfed. I hate to be addicted to EVE.

CCP can even decide on imprint the warning on the moon if they wanted to so that everyone would see it, and people would still go "wtf? EVE not up? EVE IS DEADING UP Y0!" on the forums.
