exact skills effecting how to get near perfect efficiency?
I read some changes where made in april.
Is metallurgy a skill that has any effect?

No changes were made in April. Changes are going to be made in just over a week. You will not be able to get any where near perfect efficiency.

Max yield on scrap is capped at 55%.

All facilities are capped at 50% for scrap, and Scrap Metal Processing 5 brings it to 55%.
