Mexallon coming to Arkonor

I coulda swore I read somewhere in a dev blog that in order to make Arkonor the "ore to mine" and help balance out a bit, they were adding mexallon to its composition along with everything else it has. Am I going nuts, or can someone point me to exactly where that was announced?

Confirmed. Using a 50% refinery in npc space, prefect skills, and 4% implant, you should get 1278 units of mexallon out of one batch (100 units) of Arkonor.
