What level of Efficiency should I have for a ME3 Archon BPO with Crius

I have an ME 3 Archon BPO on TQ that on Sisi says it will have an output of a copy with Material Efficiency of 7%.
Does that signify 7% waste?

I have read the crap from the blogs , where it starts at 11%, and goes down 1% / level of ME added.
Given the BPO on TQ is ME3 , and it comes out as ME 4 on Sisi, I can see that as 7%.

But that is insane.
Right now, on TQ my wastage is about 0.8%, as perfect manufacturing is 126 Capital Modules, and I need 127 at ME3.
What is my waste going to be at this new 7% number?

Given that I need 44 Capital Drone Bays at Perfect ME (waste of one at ME 3 on TQ), am I now looking at wastage of 3, or possibly 4 Drone Bays now?

yep, pretty much.

CCP kinda messed up (IMO) with capitals, because they simply DO NOT follow the same progression as subcaps, due to material requirements being so much less (e.g. "10" of "some part").

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia
