fixing the incorrect arabic writing in the game chat

i know there is not many arabic players in the game but our problem is easy to fix and
will help more arabic players to get into the game

the arabic language is established in the chat but its incorrect

the arabic language are written from right to left not like english

like so

but its like this when we write in the chat :

its inverted

I approve it.

This is will increase the amount of ppl that will join.

And we need the game to be famous in Arab world.
