hey all. I have a question, can i connect this account to a new bank account? MY mother passed away this year and her account was connected to this account. I want to know, is there anything i can do to get this account on to a new bank account? I dont want to just give up on this account after spending 3+ years on it

Account Manager Go in there and you can change your payment information

Either under game time, change subscription plan, or game time cancel subscription, then resubscribe with the new info

I think if you go to Account Management\Game Time\Change subscription plan and select plan you should be able to enter new bank details. But that might mean you will need to change subscription plan not select the same, I don't remember exactly. Otherwise you should petition it with proper category and since it is about finances support should get back to you shortly.

When your sub runs out you will get an email saying "Renewal of your account failed etc.." then when you go to your account page it will say "Account Disabled", and simply go to the link that says "Add game time".
Use the same name/address (if unchanged of course) and simply enter a new credit card number/bank account number and voila!
I use a newly generated online card number every time I renew my sub and haven't had any problems so far.
