If I have a BPO with a max 100 BPC runs. Can I make one order of 5 x 100 BPC, or do I have to make 5 seperate orders?

You are refuring to the ma runs an individual bpc can have.

so 1 bpc can have a max run of 100 (as in this excample)

so you can indeed make 5 bpc with 100 runs.

You can make up to 20 copies at a time, providing the total time for the job doesn't exceed 30 days.
