Stuck on a tutorial mission "Cash Flow for Capsuleers (3 of 10)

Secret documents missing after killing pirates. Looted all the cargoholds but no documents. This kinda sucks if it's a bug since it's the tutorial lol!

File a petition and a GM can reset the mission for you.

seconed. GMs are usually pretty active in beginner systems, so much so that i was randomly asked by a GN if i need help when i went afk during the tutorials once.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Alright wonderful. I just need to figure out a way to petition but I guess I can google 'how to petition gm eve online' :-)

Hi, welcome to Eve.

Currently there's 3 different options available to contact Customer Service :

1 = File a support ticket in-game by pressing F12 or click the "Help" button in the NeoCom and select "Create new support ticket"

2 = Write a support ticket in the web-browser by selecting "Create New Support ticket" in the EVE-SUPPORT section of www.eveonline.com

3 = Send an E-mail direct to support@eveonline.com

Best way is the in-game option (F12 key), for Category / Group = Game Play / Stuck. A Game Master should respond quickly. Usually within 10 to 15 minutes.

Yep, they are in a container that appears near one of the wrecks.

If you do not pick it up the container within 2 hours it disappears and will not come back after reset, you will need to get the mission reset.
