What are Complexes?

Are the Complex the special mission that gives tags?

I don't think they are.

I think those missions are special agents and have another designation or terms related to them.


Also,
are the Complexes found with an Exploration vessel?

That's not possible from a single site. It's entirely possible if you do it full time in low or null. Or Caldari high if you're good enough at it.

That's more than 20m in a day or even 40m.
It costs me 123m+ per hour (to login), so 63m won't half it.


The other term I was mixing it with was COSMOS agents , I think...

Exploration sites don't drop BPOs.

You better get used to see those mysterious "costs" in his posts. I tried to get some details on what is he paying for so much money but all I got were accusations of pretending to not understand him and attacking him and messing up his income and safety of his family, etc. And he blocked my posts so I can write whatever I want and even if I would be helpful he won't see it unless somebody quotes me.

I would recommend to read his other threads, brainfreeze guaranteed but when you get accustomed to this it is hilarious as frakk :)

I guess you're speaking for yourself.

I can see it since all I have to do is click the View post links which doesn't show.
It's like a filter preventing illegal content's liability to be attributed to the receiver without warning (needless to say, without insurance).

lol, no, that's not of my business, and to be honest you should manage your time better than that.
I do not publish on the EVE forums to make it easier for others to manage their times.
I may try to post something to that effect in the Suggestions forums or My EVE forums.
Until then, watch your back as much as you make me watch mine .
I don't count on anyone to do it for me and why should I if my life is concerned?
