Arrow Extremly good engineering skills.
Arrow Even better Armor skills with all armor comp skills to lvl 5
Arrow T2 projectile and t2 medium hybrids
Arrowt2 heavy missiles.
ArrowCurrently training for t2 cruise missiles
Arrow One empty jump clone, and one clone with +4's
Arrow Access to lvl 4 security agets for minmatar.
Arrow Vargur Pilot

Arrow2 remaps

Positiv sec and wallet.

Starting bid and reserve: 15bil
buyout 20bil or very close to it Blink
