#1 The party Orca. Funky paint job, strobes (like the police comet), crappy techno music blaring (like fireworks), and able to hold mostly livestock cargo (exotic dancers)... screw the other ore holds etc... most dancers wins.

#2 Quafe beer. Ale, Lager, etc.. to stock the Orca for the exotic dancers; Strong, Reg and Light recommended

#3 A small scan proof cargo hold so you can't see what drugs they are using.

Any other ideas or recommendations are more than welcome (pertaining to this build)

This is a pointless direction for many pilots to consider, and many would argue a complete waste of time for devs.

That said, it really does sound like a lot of fun, and too many seem willing to forget that this is what we play social games to experience, fun with others online.

Can we skin it to resemble the winnebago from that TV series, and have it function as a manufacturing option for some of those drugs that it is hiding in that cargo hold...

With the exception of #3 it is totally cosmetic and since it is NES totally optional as well. I could see players rocking in this boat around trade hubs just to show it off, and It makes sense for CCP as an added rev source.

Any Orca in the NES would have to be functionally identical to existing Orcas. If CCP put in variants with unscannable bays or different cargo configurations, they would quickly run into unfathomable amounts of anger from the playerbase.

The NES is for cosmetic things only, and any ships must be (with the exception of paint) absolutely identical to ships that can be acquired without using real money. Saying "It's okay because you can sell it to someone for ISK" isn't going to hold water here. There will be Jita Riots II and another wave of unsubbing due to CCP actually breaking their promise rather than last time (Jita Riots I) when they merely considered doing it.

+1 for unique Orca paintjobs in the NES.

-1 for NES-only ship variants.

So make the skin the side available through the exchange, but any orca can be the drug lab.
