Faction POS mods and exploration

I realize t2 rig BPCs were removed from exploration, does this include faction POS modules?

If so, where do these now drop?

Wait, when, and how can they justify that? Exploration is low enough income as it is. Doesnt help that Data sites only potential value is erased by the fact the modules you build from it only need to be bought once and never break.

Like seriously, no rig BPC's, cool move CCP, because I enjoy praying for a faction POS drop as my only good source of income in hostile nullsec (hostile because im not joining some goddamn renter alliance or living by someone else's armchair general schedule just to eb told im not even allowed to rat in the system i just defended because *renters need it*)
